2026 Q2 Report 612 Landscaping, RR, Depreciation.

Q2 Report

Tyler and Kendra remain duel ceo’s inside the central hexagon of the beehive like corporate structure of Ultimate Farm Collaborative. Early on in Q2 the two worked at Mystic Lake Casino to make money on the side for capitol contributions towards UFC. As spring progressed the two found jobs with Garden Gurus doing landscaping in Minneapolis. Three Riverboat Raves have been on the calendar since January and the hype has been steadily building. These are Collab Officials big events for the year. Community work has been a mix of music people and garden people. Kendra led the charge in finding new clients for UFC through social media. Word of mouth helped the company acquire 14 new clients in Q2. Revenue was $2245 for the quarter. UFC took a big loss in Q2 due to accounting for depreciated assets and promotion for Riverboat Rave events. UFC gained $1766.68 in new assets including kayaks for kayak rentals, garden pots, free soil, plants, equipment and office materials. UFCs assets took a hit with a sale of a company vehicle, accounting for used and sold merchandise, as well as broken sound equipment. The Collaborative Farm was active in the first half of the quarter with a handful of compost sales as spring was heating up. Connection to the property remains in doses, as Bring Farming Back made strides to acquire the property. Compost rights were cut off. Corporate coaching and guidance, CSR - corporate social responsibility and about a dozen services became official on the multi company website in www.thecollaborativefarm.com . Made For Love Inc. is also headquartered on that website with a mission to advance the science of urban agriculture. UFC’s mission remains the same as it was in 2019 - Redesign Cities to allow humanity, nature, and new technologies to coexist harmonically. Kenny made two big appearances in the music scene playing in Force Fields music festival grounds @ the Wub Wagon, and debuting on the Thursday Takeover’s @ Electro Abi’s in June. Done correctly with sobriety and patience the music industry could still become very powerful energy to mix with urban ag to redesign urban culture. Share price of UFC is still around $6.43. New clients in Minneapolis have activated a new landscaping department within UFC generating revenue and making good work in the soil, with plants providing grounded energy in a big city. Search for another urban farm location to HQ at, conduct research, create content, and build community around is still in the hyper focus. Milwaukee has a strong masculine leadership stance in the urban ag space and human evolution department. The Collaborative Farm remains vacant and available, now at a higher price. Value is being recognized, the opportunity to carry the torch is there sitting at about $1.7 million, for Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the U.S.A, Planet Earth and Space. The two Ceo’s found some new ground and developed a small urban garden on the shoreline of a local Minneapolis creek, growing vegetables and continuing the learning experience that comes with growing local food. Radishes came quick. Q3 looks to be exciting with good things in motion - balance in music and garden energy, still inspired by The Farm. Yes + Love…
