2026 Q1 Report Ultimate Farm Collaborative Inc.

Q1 was a slower Quarter but we knew that it was going to be slow. Ultimate Farm Collaborative had some capitol contributions from CEO Tyler A.C. Schmitt as he works a second job @ Mystic Lake Casino to keep things a float here at UFC. The capitol contributions helped pay for loose ends, taxes, overhead, ect. The company is positioned to have a slower Q2 with and exciting Q3, and another slower Q4. Collab Official - Riverboat Raves start in June. The Collaborative Farm is under new ownership and there are talks of volunteering at the Urban Farm in Milwaukee however those deals are still in the making. The new ownership is looking to flip the property for 600K, more than triple the value in 2017 when Select Management purchased the property. The increased property value is a testament to the hard work Ultimate Farm Collaborative put in on that property. Compost is still for sale 2 The Collaborative Farm located on 5500 w Silver Spring Dr. Milwaukee Wi and Ultimate Farm Collaborative is facilitating those sales in communication with the new owners.

Education programs @ local Minneapolis Schools planting garden beds is something the design agency is prototyping for non-profit Made For Love Inc. Safe to say the urban farm is dearly missed this year. Tyler and Kendra continue to make strides in the Twin Cities musically for Collab Official and are focused on bringing a healthy mix of urban agriculture, music, and education to 2026.
